Our first Convert!

We are so excited about what the Lord is already doing at Heritage Church! We have been here a little over 3 weeks and God has already opened many doors for us to share Him! We have had many visitors! This past Sunday a neighbor of one of our members walked the aisle to be saved!! We had met her in February when we were in AZ for a visit! Her mother recently died and Myron went by to see them on Saturday. Holly, a devout Catholic, was so moved by Myron caring enough to come see them..... She said that her own church never even called. As I looked up from the piano during invitation, I was so excited to see that she was coming forward! We are so thankful she was saved!! Seeing our first convert saved was such a blessing for us!

We have started a Mom2Mom group and already have over 10 members! We began the group on meetup.com and on Facebook! We are so excited about what God is going to do through this new ministry! Please pray for our first meeting on July 23!

A little update!

We have been in Arizona now for about 2 weeks, and we are all getting settled! The boys seem to be adjusting very well! They tell us all the time that they love Arizona! There are 2 little boys in the church (pictured above taken from Dean's mom's fb) that the boys just love! Manny and Dean are names I hear quite frequently around the house!
We have had some really good church services! Yesterday, we had 2 visitors return that had visited for the first time the week before! We also had a new young couple visit! Myron and I are spending these first few weeks trying to get well acquainted with each member, just serving and loving them! In the short time that we have been here, it is already beginning to feel more like home! I am glad that we are able to view our services back home because of the time difference! The boys always try and look for papa!
I must say that whoever invented Skype, I owe a lot to them! It truly is a blessing that I get to see my family daily! We have even taken them with us to the pool to let them watch the boys swim, or just enjoy folding laundry and talking to my sis while our boys nap! I am so thankful for Skype! It makes the many miles apart seem much less!

Please keep praying that God would send us some help! The work we have ahead seems over our heads, but God is faithful and He will be our strength!
